Greg D. Caldicott | President and CEO, Executive Committee Member
Mr. Caldicott has over 20 years of experience in the financial services and software industry with a focus on building successful sales organizations in young companies. He became CEO of Convenient Cards in July 2009 after successfully executing the merger of Convenient Cards and EstateWorks, Inc. where he was CEO. EstateWorks is the leading provider of web-based estate planning and settlement software serving national financial institutions and law firms including Bank of America, Citigroup, BB&T and Comerica. Before that he was VP of sales & business development for XFormx, a web conferencing & collaboration company. Before that, he was chief operating officer at Radio Active Media Partners, a leading Internet radio service provider. Earlier, Caldicott was manager of business operations for IBM's personal communications group. He earned his MBA from Stanford University and bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Tufts University.
Thomas D. Murphy, JR. | Chairman of the Board, Member of Executive Committee
Founder and Chairman of EstateWorks, Inc., Tom has over 30 years experience as an attorney, advising a wide array of Western MA. area clients. A former Trustee of Baystate Medical Center and Chicopee Savings Bank, Tom also served as Chairman of the Board of The Elms College. He graduated from St. Anselm’s College and Suffolk University Law School, and was awarded the Bronze Star in Vietnam, where he served as an Army Lieutenant. He is currently “Of Counsel” at the Murphy McCoubrey law firm in Chicopee, MA.
Gary E. Martinelli | Director, Chairman of Executive Committee
Chairman, Martinelli Discenza law and investment management firms. Gary is a leading adviser to Western Massachusetts families and businesses on both legal and investment matters. From 1981 until 1994, Gary served as the principal outside counsel to Computer Associates International, Inc., an international software company, and for eight years served as a member of its Board of Directors. As counsel he was responsible for the legal aspects of CA's IPO, its subsequent securities offerings, over a dozen major acquisitions and the development and financing of its $190 million corporate headquarters in New York. As a Board member, he served on its Audit, Stock Option and Compensation Committees. Gary is a member of the Massachusetts and New York bars. He is a graduate of Williams College (1965) and Cornell Law School (1968).
Robert J. Schiller, Jr. | Director, Member of Executive Committee
Rob Schiller is a private investor and consultant to start-up and emerging companies. Recent examples include Conley Corporation of Cambridge, MA which was acquired by EMC, and Insession Inc. of Boulder, CO, which was acquired by Transaction Systems Architects Inc. From 1993 to 1995, Schiller was President and COO of Discreet Logic Inc., a publicly traded, Montreal-based company. During Rob's tenure revenues grew from approximately $750K to $65M.
William Zierolf | Director
CEO, Management Health Solutions, Inc. Bill has vast experience in supply chain management, software, technology and media as well as information services, has effectively increased MHS' product line and average sales price, tripled contract values in one year, and has secured independent financing for the company's future expansion initiatives. Before signing on with MHS, Zierolf was President and CEO of TrueAdvantage, a recognized frontrunner in Lead Generation Software. Zierolf led a significant turnaround of the organization in just 15 months, enhancing the company's market position and value. Before leading TrueAdvantage, Zierolf was the President and CEO of Centrport, where he led the complete formation and established all business infrastructure of this early stage online CRM technology provider. Earlier in his career, Zierolf was COO of Aspect Developments, an e-commerce company that was recently acquired by i2 Technologies, and he led the turnaround at TeleTech Resource Network, a publisher of research for Bio Science, Electrical, and Mechanical research professionals. Zierolf first began his career at Dun and Bradstreet, where he developed some of the first electronic information service product offerings and integrated them with D&B assets to form valuable strategic partnerships with NYNEX, Ameritech and AT&T. fully held varied positions in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and General Management.

CEO & Founder of Koko Fitness. Mike is an experienced internet and marketing executive with over 20 years experience. Koko Fitness is a technology company focused on the convergence of fitness, entertainment and interactive media. Prior to founding Koko Fitness, Mike was CEO of Send.com
Jack Clemente | Director
Jack Clemente is the founder of Convenient Cards. Jack served as President and CEO of Convenient Cards from its founding in May 2004 through June 2009. Jack developed the concept of a prepaid debit card in December 1999 (3 years prior to the availability of the first-ever processing platform to handle real-time transactions to service the prepaid card industry). Jack is an entrepreneur at heart. He developed several businesses prior to Convenient Cards; he’s involved in several new ventures and continues his passion in developing value-added service programs to enhance the prepaid card industry.
